Adele Forbes, Managing Director

Adele has been in the Mortgage Industry from 1998; with positions ranging from Senior Mandated Mortgage Underwriter and authorised to lend up to £1M within 5 Mortgage Lenders across the Country, she knows what Lenders look for and how to present the cases to obtain a swift Mortgage Offer.

She was headhunted to assist with the launch of a new Mortgage Lender, Business Development roles and Arrears Counselling roles. She has been advising over 11 years and still advises and runs the business from 2019.

Emma Hutchinson - Mortgage & Protection Adviser

Emma has worked in financial services for the last 17 years. Since 2011, her vocation has been as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser. She prides herself on putting her Clients at ease & providing the right advice for their circumstances.

Emma loves a complex case. It’s her niche! Safe to say; ‘she’s like a dog with a bone!’ as she always goes the extra mile to secure the right mortgage for her clients.

Gina Buckle - Trainee Mortgage & Protection Adviser/Administrator

Since Gina joined West Yorkshire Money, she has helped further improve the client journey for those lucky enough to work with this team of brokers.

Her Master’s Degree in Town Planning comes in very handy when organising this incredibly busy team and helps to make sure that the client is kept fully informed right through the house purchase.

Gina is likely the first person you speak to when you call in, precisely why Adele and the team have recruited at such a high level for this role.

Gina has 10 years Banking experience and recently completed CeMAP 1

Martin Fawcett – Group Compliance Consultant

Martin is an enthusiastic and highly motivated Compliance & Training professional, originally from a background of sales training. In his consultancy role he provides advice on all compliance & training matters within the firm

He has over 35 years’ experience, gained in all sectors of the financial services industry, and a good working knowledge of the FCA Regulations and T&C Requirements.

Martin has a proven ability to work alongside staff, management and advisers to identify their needs, provide clear guidance and produce the required results.
